Lake Murray Jaycees - Camp Hope Clean Up Day

Camp Hope is part of the Outdoor Laboratory Program of Clemson University. Since 1969, the Jaycees have provided 100% of the financial support needed to run the facility. It runs year-around and provides care and camping activities for people with physical disabilities. In addition to running numerous fundraisers and seeking monetary donations to the facility, our chapter has also participated with various Jaycee chapters to help provide manpower to help keep the camp clean and well-maintained. On April 4, 2009, Lake Murray volunteered their time to help clean the windows, rake the leaves, and re-paint the rails. They were accompanied by a number of chapters across the state including Charleston, Greenville, and Aiken.
